Day 16 and 17 (whoops, forgot to blog!)

I just realized I forgot to blog yesterday....well I walked to work so was just trying to get out early, and then when I got home my yoga and meditation were my priority.
So day 16 was a no snack night, I did it, and felt good about it. It was Sunday, and I pretty much stayed home, did a workout in the basement, so I'm on track for 3 workouts this week, I'll hit the gym after work today, and meet Iain on Thursday for my training.
Yesterday was a snack night, I really think it helps my mindset to have the alternating snack/no snack nights....the mental games we play with ourselves! But if it works I'm going to go with it!
Well time to get my breakfast going and head on out!
