Gained 3 pounds when I weighed in this last Thursday so I was a little disappointed but I picked my butt off the floor and am going to push myself to get under 200 by my next weigh in appointment December 1st emoticon

Today I did 30 minutes of squats, lunges, bicep curls, push-ups, and crunches. I am working on 1 minute planks on my elbows and sides. I can only do it for about half a minute right now and I want to do 4 sets of Russian twists at 50 reps, soo i'm going to keep working on this and let you know how I do by December 1st.
