Making my way back to routine

There may be snow on the ground here, freezing temperatures now, etc... But after my accident on june 28th, 2014 all I have been able to think about was exercise. Now that its cold season, it motivates me more to have time before spring.
You never really realize how badly you miss walking after some fluke accident. All I can say now is how wonderful it is to be able to stand up and take my own steps on my own feet.
My sanity was pushed far, with taking care of kids and starting school, after being in such a good exercise routine... I am ready to get back in shape.
As far as my fav treadmil workout, im still healing my ankle, so if i do it, it will be slow.
I missed you all, and had to find my way. :) somehow i managed to lose weight through some horrible phases i went through, what a blessing in disguise.
I have a metal plate and 6 screws in my ankle, but no serious issues this moment. Im still thankful. Already tracked some food today, uploaded pics, and want to feel better.
Now to get used to the new sp changes i missed.
