To go or not to go

i made my goals for the week and wrote them out on a piece of paper and assigned a reward and bam.

I get food poisoning. Last night I was sick as a dog. I'm feeling better this morning, no more puking but my stomach is still off.

I don't know if I should go to my yoga class (bikram) or not.
I have a habit of falling off the wagon when I something like this happens and I really don't want that.

I'm gonna hydrate myself today and wait till the 4:30 to make a decision and if I'm still off do a yoga on the tv.

    Be kind to yourself--and make WELLNESS your goal for today! I understand falling off the wagon due to a roadblock--I've done it more times than I can count. BUT, you HAVE to try to learn to adapt to them, because they are going to happen. I think goals CAN and SHOULD change every day. We plan long-term or weekly because it's good to plan...BUT, always allow for changes. If you wake up feeling bad (as you have) then change your plan for today to stay hydrated and follow the BRAT diet. Then, looking back you can still count today as meeting your goal! Hang in there, feel better and remember we HAVE to allow for things like this. Doesn't mean the whole week is derailed, it means you took a short detour today. :) :) :)
