Had a better day. Only worked 1 floor at the hospital instead of 2. Less walking but having a hard time with new shoes hurting my feet and was kind of glad for the slow day. Did a lot of reflecting today and hope it will help me to be more focused on what is really important to my piece of mind. My BBF daughter invited me to a zyoto scan tomorrow night. I am pumped about this. It is supposed to tell you just what essential oils your body needs to help balance your energy system. I will let you all know how it goes. Got my tracking sheet for Camp Wannabefit team and filled out today's activities. Hope I am doing it right. Had dinner out again tonight with my family but did eat a healthy choice. I had the Margarita chicken bowl tonight. Now it has over 900 calories but I only at 1/3 of it and gave the rest to my granddaughter. Drank only water and just had 3 bites of the brownie dessert. Counted 1/2 the portion just in case I ate more than I thought, added calories for a brownie because I did not have the calorie count for the dessert. Oh well this journey is about being consistant not perfect. I made good choices today.

    Congratulations on your good choices. Thank you for taking the time to comment on my blog. I have been up and down so many times, but I really think I am finally getting it. You did a great job at eating with moderation while going out to dinner. I still have such a problem with that. I can avoid much better than I can eat in moderation. So, good job. Keep up the good work. I will watch your progress.
