Hey Sapphire Gang,
I have written on a sticky note INTENTIONS CREATE OUTCOMES.
And here all this time I thought I had great INTENTIONS.
When I must not have or I would be healthier than I am. I'd be out of the OBESE range. And I'd exercise 20 min. a day.
So, then, what have my INTENTIONS been? To sit in my recliner from dawn to dusk.
To eat as many Little Debbies cakes as I want. To let clothes hang on both pieces of exercise equipment.
What are my new INTENTIONS. Same as always. Eat healthy. Exercise 20 minutes. I hve no problem with drinking water. Use my Spark Tracker.
When will I begin this? TODAY.
I'm going to keep asking myself, "What are my INTENTIONS? My REAL INTENTIONS? The INTENTIONS from my heart?"
