About That Thing In My House

Today I was sitting on my bed watching T.V. My older cat was sleeping next to me and the younger one was sitting at the foot of the bed. All of a sudden the younger cat was at attention on the edge of the bed. I figured she was after another of her famous mini bug catches.

I kept looking around, but could not see what she was so excited about.

My curtains have a scarf/valance that is light burgundy with a pattern of light green flowers here and there. I finally spotted the green monster on my valance at one of the green flowers.

I wondered how in the world I would get this BIG GREEN GECKO out of my house. This thing has been here for a couple of weeks. Not much in the way of food in here, you would think it would be ready to go outside for a drink of water and some food.

I am racking my brain as to how I can get this thing out of my house. Finally I remembered I had emptied my trash and cleaned out the plastic trash bins earlier today. When I got the trash bin, I stopped and got my long grabber/reacher. I held up the trash can, took the grabber and luckily knocked that GREEN MONSTER into the trash bin. I took it outside, and now it is with the real live greenery, instead of curtain greenery.

O.K., I'm good. Well, that is until the next time. LOL
