Still Plugging Along

I can't believe I haven't posted a blog entry since May. We officially started TTC in June, and we're on cycle 6. I didn't expect it to take this long, but our nephew is here and he's the cutest thing EVER.
I started doing both OPKs and BBT to check when I'm ovulating and IF I'm ovulating. I'm glad that I am, and it appears to be around the same time every month. I've been hanging out on the Bump in their forums with other ladies TTC. Now that we're on cycle 6, we're looking at what we can do to get healthier while we wait.
I ordered Jillian Michaels Body Revolution last week and started on Sunday. My OBGYN is good with it and wants me to drop weight while TTC, but wants me to be fit more than anything else. At the end of the 90 days, I'll definitely be fit. I feel like I'll be able to manage to get there since this program changes workouts every two weeks. She keeps it fairly interesting and starts off easier, preparing you for the harder workouts farther down the line.
Workout 1: It nearly killed me. It was tough, but I made it through. The "front of body" workout pushed my limits with both pushups and planks.
Workout 2: It was worse than workout 1. I made it through, with lots of water breaks in between. It's a "back of body" workout and concentrates on core as well.
Cardio 1: I really don't like it, and it's designed for a bigger room than I have. I may be substituting something else for a while.
Workout 1, round 2: So much easier this time. I do this two more times, and I think I'll be ready to move on.
Workout 2, round 2: Again, it's feeling easier and I'm pretty positive I'll be ready to move on at the end of next week.
I'm supposed to do cardio 1 again today, but I might swap it out for a treadmill workout or one of my other videos. I'm supposed to do this one for 3 more weeks.
I'm already down 2 pounds from when I started it, so we'll see how things go.
