Sleeping too much

I set my alarm. I wake up enough to turn it off. I go back to sleep. I'm sleeping like a teenager...9+ hours. Is the bed a quiet haven where no one expects anything of me? No papers to write, no papers to grade, no need to be "up" and entertaining. Just quiet warmth.

But when I stay in the bed I don't work out. I don't get anything done. I barely have time to eat before going to work. I don't like that. It's the reason I set the alarm in the first place. I have more energy and feel better about myself when I get up and get things accomplished in the morning.

Tomorrow morning - a new start.
