I am definitely a re-sparker... I have decided to keep my expectations and my lifestyle changes in reality... I always go all out when I decide to make a change than after 2 weeks I fizzle out..so this time i'm doing a little at a time so not to get overwhelmed. So right now i'm working on making time to get on Sparkpeople and getting more steps in through out the day. So when people ask what I have been doing to lose weight, I will respond I'm keeping it real!!! Next week I will work on tracking more food and drink more water.
