ONE Thing - Blood Pressure

I was listening to a podcast the other day and the author of the book ONE Thing was on discussing focus. As someone who repeatedly sets multiple goals and barely accomplishes any of them lately his concept really hit home to me.
Today I had an outpatient surgical procedure and my Blood Pressure was 148/88. I know it's been trending high but this is the worst it's ever been.
So I've decided my ONE THING is getting my blood pressure back to an acceptable level. Not just back to 138/83 where it was the last time it was read but my goal pressure would be 120/80 or better yet 115/75.
I know to get there other areas of my life will have to be resolved. Weight, diet, consistent exercise but the main goal right now is to not have to take blood pressure medicine.
Tonight I'm making home made spaghetti made with quinoa noodles, mushrooms and zucchini. As of today I commit to no more fast food... not even my Chipotle :( for the rest of the year.
