Big Ol' Blessings!

Monday, November 10, 2014

I woke up this morning and everything hurt. My two children under the age of 4 demanded my attention, and all I wanted to do was sleep in and feel sorry for myself for all of my many aches and pains. But instead, I remember that I needed to be accountable today. Accountable to myself, and to my family, and you my new lease on life with tracking my food, my water and my exercise. It seems overwhelming, but all I had to do was make the decision to get up. To put one foot in front of the next, and to make it downstairs to fix something that was better than I ate yesterday. So far, I've done just that. I don't know how lunch is going to go I don't know how dinner is going to go but I have tracked one meal and I'm ready for whatever is next.

I can sympathize with you about having no energy. I have almost 70 pounds to lose. It's easy to get discourage, but taking just 1 day at a time is key. Document/journal everything. You got this.
