I would say that I am sitting here with egg on my face,
but if it got that close to my mouth, I probably would have eaten it, too.....
I tracked my food yesterday. And I was honest about what I ate.
My calorie range for what I SHOULD eat is 1200 - 1550.
Yesterday my calorie intake was 2584!!!
I haven't been logging my food lately. Or eating any fruit or veggies. Or drinking my water. No wonder I haven't been able to lose weight. It seems that I have been juggling the same few pounds for a while. No wonder I have not been feeling up to par.
Ok, I am getting back to basics. Planning menus, weighing and measuring, drinking water,
you know, all the things that I know work. Why haven't I been doing these things all along?
For starters, the apples are coming out of the fridge and going on the kitchen table so I see them. And for the next 2 days (because I'm off these two days) I am going to use my timer to remind me to drink a cup of water every hour. It's a start.
