My 50th Birthday Goal

I turned 49 years old yesterday. For years, I've been saying I want to be at my goal weight by the time I'm 50. I haven't made very good progress in terms of weight loss. However, I am very strong and fit. I work out regularly, but I need to crack down on the eating. I know that no amount of exercise will overcome a bad diet. I eat healthy foods, but I just eat way too much. This is the year that I will make the change. I will be at my goal weight by the time I'm 50! I only need to lose 2 pounds per month to get to my goal. I can do THAT!
