So, things got a little busy for me the end of October...new grandbaby, book fair at work, longer work days, guiding meeting.....I'd like to think things will settle down in Nov but we will see....I am taking a stab at running the sr. boys basketball team this year...crazy for a 50 yr old, overweight, 5ft2 old lady!! Cross your fingers!!
My nov. goals might sound a bit like octobers. I am just working on trying to make habits!!
--I will wear my pedometer every day..and try for 100 more steps every day.
--I will log my food every day and stay within my calorie range
--I will exercise for 10 min every day
--I will finish my inventory at work
--I will plan guides till dec
