I can't believe I've been at this for 6 days!
I used the recumbent elliptical at the YMCA today. I have 3 goals when I do. I want to do 30 minutes (+3 minutes for cool down), burn 200 calories according to the machine, and go 5 miles. I accomplished all 3 goals.
