Yay! and Ugh!

Lost 4 lbs so far, did yoga but still ate a taco and tea today :/ This has been a habit for so long. With my activities I'm still improving but I know I could get faster results if I stop. It's truly an addiction. Goal for tomorrow is to wake up 15 minutes earlier and eat oatmeal so I get full and don't want the taco.
