I'm back again with changes

I know it has being a while since my lasr blog but it's just that work and gym has had me extra busy. From since my reported weigh- in i have gained back a little of my weigh (162-166) about 4 lbs; but I'm working exra hard this month to be at my goal weight of 160 lbs. I must say losing the last few have has being the hardest, I would go up and down and back up again, sometimes the scale wouldn't shift at all. So I have decided to stya away from refined/white flour, white rice and milk (low fat and skimmed, only almond milk is allowed) completely for this month; I have also had my husband hide my scale until November 30th. I am going alright now, I eat mostly friut or veggies, drink mainly water and workout twice a day. I had to make those changes to break from the norm to see if the scale will finally say 160. Will post progress pics at the end of November. December will be muscle building month!!!!
