November Goals

Wednesday, November 05, 2014

How I have done is horrible. I have not been following anything other than a see it eat it approach which has made me gain even more weight become more frustrated. I am still on this journey but now I am going to be more in control of my destination.

My goals this month are...
1. Drink 16 oz of water when I first get up.
2. Continue with my study of Made to Crave and live it, not just read it.

I am struggling with getting and finding my "want to".
Taking it one day at a time.

Mari, emoticon job on picking yourself up from the fall and making your way back on to the wagon. The fact that you have done this shows that your "want to" is still there. Setting small doable goals as you have done for November is a very good way to help your "want to" to come to the front again. Those two goals are very doable. I have no doubt that you will end November on a successful note. emoticon

Ugh! Getting back on track is ALWAYS difficult no matter who you are. I think you have set some realistic goals to achieve this month. You are wise to not overdo it with your goals. I wish you lots of success this month! emoticon emoticon

Keep trying and you will find your "want to" again. emoticon Sometimes I think you just have to keep doing it because you have to and then it will become because you want to. It is good to start with small goals. May you have a wonderfully successful November! emoticon emoticon

I know that you can do this and I can do it, too! It's been 6 days since I've had anything sweet (and you know how I am about candy) or salty. That's been my focus and sticking to it is helping me restart in other ways. I actually did over 30 minutes of ST today and walked 5000 steps.
Let's consider setting up appointments to walk together twice a week - both of us put them on our calendar and honor our commitments to the times we select. We could do once in your area and once in mine. I'm not up to long walks yet but I know that every step counts!
    Think about it.

If I struggle meeting goals, I re-evaluate my goals. Sometimes I just have too many of them. Not all of my goals are SP related so, I have to adjust all of my goals.

    Good luck with your goals.
