PAWSE UP Week 8

Well 7 weeks down heading into week 8 already. Only 5 more weeks. Things are still going good.RRROOAAAARRR!!! This weeks PAWSE will be:

Plan/ Prepare
will continue planning meals out weekly. On Sundays will continue preparing as much as I can for week. Will relieve a lot of stress and give me some extra time through the week to catch up on a few things

ACT
will use both nutrition and fitness trackers. Need to make sure everything is tracking right. Will keep pushing myself to try to get in an extra workout here and there. Will make adjustments as needed.

WRITE
Starting at 177. Expected a weekly loss of at least 1.5 pounds.Lost 1.6 which put me at 164. That is 13 of the 15 I wanted to loose. Have challenge myself to loose 10lbs in 6 weeks, so still need 8.4 to reach that. added a few new exercises this week to mix it up and have really watched my carbs. Was well pleased to see a loss over 1 lb this week. Next week will be better!!! RRRROOOOAAAAARRRR!!!!!!

SET a non scale and Scale goal.
My non scale goal would be to continue eating healthy.
my scale goal is to loose 2 lbs this week. Want to loose 15 to reach my goal and then continue on to a healthy weight

Execute
To execute this plan I will follow our teams workout plus look for those extra minute moments to get the heart rate up. When not on a team exercise will look for something to do to elevate heart rate. See some ST training in the future
