My "update status" button will not work....it is like it is just "blank". I even tried opening "in a new window" and the new window opens to a blank page:(
Can you help me, or can you tell me how to contact a real person at SP? Thank you for your time.

    I would go to start page. Look in upper left hand corner. In blue you will see account and email preferences, click on that and go all the way to bottom of page. You will see contact us.
