October Results & November Goals

October seems a bit of a blur for my results, but I did manage to lose 3#s by the end of the month. Guessing mostly fluid weight as I haven't really been keeping up with my nutrition tracking & exercise seemed to be hit or miss.

So I'm at a new weight of 183.5 to start out November. My goals for the month are:

*Being consistent with water intake of 8 cups daily
*5 Daily servings of Freggies
*Keep a sleeping pattern of 7 hours minimum nightly
*Walking daily , reaching a weekly goal of 120 minutes to reestablish a workout program
*Reach a weight of 182

Ready to make this a month of new motivation & strategies.

I can't believe how fast it sped by and I have such a busy schedule this month that I am sure it will be the same. It's hard to believe that next Wednesday it will have been a year since Bill's death. emoticon emoticon

    I know October was a busy month for you but congrats on the 3 lbs lost!! emoticon emoticon It doesn't matter whether it was fluid or not. The point is that it's gone! I'm glad now though, that you'll have your exercise room back so you can reestablish an exercise program. I've been doing better about the sleep and am hoping we'll both continue to get at least 7 hours of sleep each night. I think you have set some really good and yet attainable goals for November! I have not doubt you'll be successful in attaining your goals this month! emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

    October was a blur for me, too, Donna! I like your goals and will do some similar ones for myself. I know the sleeping one is probably the toughest for both of us. I am starting a meditation program that I will have access to on my phone. If I wake up In the middle of the night and can't get back to sleep, I am going to turn it on instead of getting up at 3 or 4 AM! Being on the same team with you this month, let's encourage each other on a daily basis to keep working at our goals. emoticon emoticon emoticon

    Great goals! I am walking a bit more when ever I go the rest room. I make a long loop around the office and I drink a lot of water. I figured I try to keep it up for the winter months. Best of luck!
