October Results & November Goals

October seems a bit of a blur for my results, but I did manage to lose 3#s by the end of the month. Guessing mostly fluid weight as I haven't really been keeping up with my nutrition tracking & exercise seemed to be hit or miss.
So I'm at a new weight of 183.5 to start out November. My goals for the month are:
*Being consistent with water intake of 8 cups daily
*5 Daily servings of Freggies
*Keep a sleeping pattern of 7 hours minimum nightly
*Walking daily , reaching a weekly goal of 120 minutes to reestablish a workout program
*Reach a weight of 182
Ready to make this a month of new motivation & strategies.
