Great result from Mini Two-A-Day Workout!

Okay, so I’m at the end of my two-a-day mini challenge and I must say it went better than I thought. I actually worked out two-a-day for 5 days and one-a-day for 2 days. I am happy to report that I released 3 pounds from my body. It could be water weight; but all I know is that I am 3 pounds lighter than when I started my two-a-day mini challenge.

So what’s next; I’m taking a mini break from the mini challenge and I’m going to focus on working out intensely at least once a day. I want to make some changes to my routine; I’m motivated and look forward to releasing more weight from my body!
