I haven't written a blog in almost a week. It's about time I did.
I started a new workout routine yesterday. At the time, it seemed like a light workout. More weights than cardio, but dang, was I sore last night. I feel pretty good this morning. The trainer who made up the new routine wants me to start working out 4 times a week. I'm just not sure how to go about it. Should I take off a day in between every workout day or workout 2 days in a row, take off a day, and work 2 days in a row again? Any suggestions?
I have signed up to do a 5k Run/Walk this Saturday morning for Matthew 25: Ministries. So, I figured I'd run some, walk some, and judge by the way I feel. I've only been running intervals on the treadmill for a little over a week, but walking it will be not problem for me. I'm doing this alone, so if any local Cincinnati Spark People would like to join me, I'd welcome some company.
