1st half of BLC

Well, to be honest with myself and everyone I have not done so great this 1st half. I have had my good weeks, and then I have had my bad weeks. They are about even. But that is all about to change. The 2nd half is my half! November is my month...it's the start of a new me. So, I have renamed it New-vember. I have made goals for myself and I plan to stick with them. And in doing so I will go into December a new person...a healthier person...the person I want to be!

    You can do it! That you even are in a BLC Challenge says alot about your dedication and it will pay off. I used to do the Challenges and am now losing the weight and have gotten into better shape. It will happen.
