Do over and over and over and over

This is a reminder to myself that you can never have too many do overs. A reminder that quitting is not an option and you have to live with the choices you make. I'm also reminding myself that even though I have 15 to 20 pounds to lose AGAIN, I don't have the whole 100. And the most important thing of all is that I am NOT my weight and I refuse to let it define me.

    Welcome back, Crystle!! So glad you are back!! I have been MIA but I have about 15 pounds to lose, too, even though my ticker shows that I have only 5 pounds to lose. It is easier for me to strive to lose 5 pounds at a time instead of the whole 15!
