Ah...a new month to start fresh new goals.
With the end of the year fast approaching... in a little less than 8 weeks, YIKES!!!...it's time to set new goals to help end this year on a strong finish. So my goals for November are:
N- NUTRITION- I will have to make sure that I plan, plan, plan and track, track, track. That is the only way to get around it. I will plan my meals daily if not weekly so there is no excuse for grabbing something I shouldn't because I don't know what to eat. I will also make sure I track everything that pass these lips.
O- OTHERS- I will be mindful of others but not let them sap all my energy.
V- VARIETY- I will try an new recipe or exercise to keep things fresh.
E- EXERCISE- I will plan out what I'm going to do as far as working out the night before. I will also make sure I have a Plan B just in case. I will also plan to put in a day or two each week for a lighter workout such as stretching or hula hooping or rest.
M- ME TIME- I will make time for me, Mary. I will make it a point to do something just for me. That could be sitting down and reading a book, magazine or whatever I want. I will just not make it be an all day activity.
B- BE ACCOUNTABLE- I will be accountable for my actions. No blaming my failures on other things. If I ate something I shouldn't have, I need to be responsible for my actions.
E- EXCUSES- No excuses whatsoever...period.
R- REMEMBER WHY- I need to remember why I wanted to lose weight in the first place. I need to keep this in the front of my mind so when I feel a little wobbly in my motivation, I can remember why I started this journey.
