I did it! I started! That has always been a challenge for me. Well, starting and keeping it up.

I did 30 minutes on a recumbent elliptical at the YMCA. I also listened to a short story and some different music whilst exercising. I was able to keep my pace up. And now my bum hurts. emoticon
