Here are my goals for a NOvember challenge
Goal weight for December 1 158 lbs
1) No more weight gain. Want a steady decrease through November.
2) No more poor choices on food. Need to look at all aspects of the food I eat, not just calories
3) No more excuses why I can't exercise. I have enough things at my disposal that I should have no problem completing some form of a workout
Lastly, By meeting these three goals I will also be buying some new clothes because what I have will no longer fit. I'm almost there and a good month will put into a new size
