emoticon ~ eat a fruit or vegetable with every meal and as one snack
emoticon ~ be mindful when eating meals
emoticon ~ take a walk after dinner

2) the extra hour tonight for Daylight Savings time
3) having lunch with our daughter who came down to visit and then she joined me as we walked home together.
