201 baby life is good! Im almost under 200 if I can get into the 190s in 2 wks at my next visit I will be so happy :-D
This is what I have been doing. 5 days a week I go to my local gym and workout 30-45 mins. Mainly cardio at the moment. I haven't been food logging and that has helped lower stress with eating so I may continue that into my next two weeks. I also pay attention to portions and drink lots and lots of water!
