My goodness it has been a long week! It certainly is nice to earn a little extra money doing my chocolate work but it is interfering with other activities including the house, the kids, my photo business, exercise. Sleep is my biggest issue right now. This week I will have to put a limit on how long I will work on the chocolate stuff. The good thing is that I already adjusted my nutrition levels when I got hurt and therefore wasn't moving as much. I have been eating pretty darn healthy.

Wed - Roasted Chicken
Thur - pot roast with carrots and potatoes
Fri - homemade chicken noodle soup
Sat - leftovers
Sun - Out at my nieces play
Monday - Chicken burritos
Tuesday - Pork chops

Wed - walk with a little jogging as a test regarding my neck
Thur - wog and TT
Fri - 5k and ST video
Sat - Wog and ST
Sun - Walk
Monday - Wog, step ups, ST
Tues - Wog and cardio video
