feeling like I could eat a horse

Sometimes I really hate having hormones and stress. It simply makes me feel like I cannot get enough food. Lately, I have felt totally insatiable and that is the absolute worst feeling. My brain and my body are just not in agreement that enough is enough lately....

Anyone else ever feel this way? It's absolutely miserable. Nothing is quenching my feeling of hunger.

    Drink more water, or find another low calorie substitite for those cravings! Or better yet, go for a walk get AWAY from food for a while, somtimes that's the best solution!

    Perhaps you need more fats in your diet? Try adding some almonds to a few of your meals. That might satisfy the beast! lol
