Wow have I had my eyes opened the last few days since I got my tracker.
So the first two days I wore it was on the weekend. I did 5800 on Sunday. For now my goal is 6000 steps. I thought oh easy peasy once I go to work on Monday (I'm a teacher) I will go way over 6000 steps because I hardly ever sit down.
Well yeah NO I don't sit down but I don't walk a long way either. Walking around my classroom doesn't seem to count. Standing in the front doesn't seem to count. So I need to get in gear and walk a whole lot more.
I'm going to keep my goal at 6000 this week, Because I want the darned thing to light up. then I am going to raise it a 1000 per week. till I get to 10,000. I might keep going after that.
I need to get this weight off!!
I'm so glad I got the tracker. It really is an eye opener to what I thought I was doing but wasn't at all!!
