Ok so here I am once again starting over. I had an injury a few months ago with my (L) shoulder and was unable to workout for the last few months (doing too many planks, I had a slight fracture). I just got the ok to start once again, without doing planks anymore or push ups. I'm just going to use exercise equipment like the eliptical machine and maybe just doing a few aerobics and not exert my shoulder in the mean time. During this time I didn't workout, I gained a few lbs which I absolutely hate but I'm want to try this again. I've been just depressed about this whole thing and hopefully I can lose the lbs I gained along with more. Thanks for the support guys!! Hope everyone is well!!
