7 days of two-a day workouts

Okay, another mini challenge not met; I don’t know what happened but I was under the weather; even had to stay out of work for a number of days; so needless to say there was not a two a day workout.
So again, I’m not giving up; I’m on the wagon again; I’m committing to 7 days of two-a day workouts. I started today and I’ve already met the 1st day’s goal. I had an early morning 6am workout 35 minutes on the stationary bike and a 35 minute lunchtime elliptical & stationary bike workout.
On Saturday, November 1, 2014 I’m participating in a 32 mile bike ride “Ride-Like-A-Nut” charity bike ride centered on the pecan festival in South Carolina. I’ll be in the saddle about 2.5 hours so I’ll have to make so adjustments for that day.
I got to get moving and keep moving; I can do this!
