    Try to find something you like to do that is fun for you, and set a goal of doing that for 10 minutes a day. It could be walking, dancing, or anything that gets you moving. emoticon

    It doesn't have to be complicated, just getting up and taking a simple walk will sometimes lead to more activity.

    Just a helping foot to get you out of the chair and exercising. You know you need to do this and you must focus to reach your goal. So make a plan and THEN do it, dont think about it. Get up and get yourself going.

    I will come there and giving you a real kick it that what its will take to get you going. You do not want that I am relentless!!!
