Today's goals were simple:

1. Eight hours of sleep emoticon

2. Eat at least 25grams of fiber emoticon

3. Walk/Jog 3.1 miles (this is less than 10000 steps, but more than doing nothing, so I am happy) emoticon

4. Eat Healthy emoticon

I met all my goals today

Success is having the perseverance, strength, and vision to overcome the limitations of the day when everyone including yourself is telling you that it can not be done.
