Challenging day tomorrow

Needing to plan on how to deal with a pincole party were attending tomorrow. Its starts at 1:00 and goes to at least 4:00. There will be lots of food, M&M's (one of my weaknesses) at every table and nuts. Plus a full meal served and desserts. I know I plan to bring my water bottle and drink lots of fluid. Trying to bring with me some 100 to 150 calories snacks that will be a treat. Concentrate on portion sizes for the meal, and staying away from the M&M's. We'll probably try and eating something here at home that is healthy and on plan for us before we go.

One of my challenges is when there is foods that I really crave trying to stay away, because once I have a taste I can go overboard and really binge.
