BLC 26: Week 6 PAWSE

Not a stellar week for me. I had a gain of 4.5 pounds this week. I know exactly what I did wrong and had an "I don't care" attitude about it all. I took some time yesterday to think things over and I'm ready to start over again.
I preplanned my meals for the week and made sure that I have everything I need.
I've scheduled my workout plan for the week.
I'm expecting to lose most if not all of the weight I gained by following my plan.
I'm going to work on my attitude and say positive reaffirming things when I find that I'm starting to slip.
