Rain I mean lots of rain, more rain than we have seen in a few years. I didn't go out and walk. I could have, I just didn't.

I did well on my goal of what I am eating. I am cutting the grains out. I'm cutting down on coffee and dairy. I just want to get back to the healthy eating that I had going on a year ago.

I'm not going to deprive myself of everything (EXCEPT GLUTEN) Can't have that or get sick.

But I have found as I'm getting older I just don't enjoy food like I used to.

I am following a Paleo diet kinda. My goal is not to be a paleo person. My goal is to keep my diebetes in check, keep gluten out of my body. And eat healthy food.

My one vice wine. But I have made a committment to cut way back on that. I not only will save a bunch of money. (I like good red wine) but I will feel so much better also.

I'm doing it. I'm don't know where it is coming from, but I'm doing it. emoticon
