A year later and....

im back.. It always takes me a while to come back but I always do. Every time I tell someone about Sparkpeople I remember that I haven't logged on myself. Im happy to announce I actually made it to 145! but once there I let myself go and went back up. I do that all the time..i meet a goal and I get confident. My bike riding helped me get there, and then I got a car and stopped biking it all together and that's how I ended up here at 150 somethings again...I undid 40 weeks of work! I haven't stepped on a scale because I know that I haven't done anything to better myself...I got a car and It made me lazy..and it cost me so much money...when I rode my bike it was free to do so and it burned fat not a whole in my wallet. I know began walking my son to school again that's 2miles a day when I count pick up and drop off. Its not a lot but its some activity. I haven't ridden my bike in weeks now. I didn't realize that my relocation to Seattle was actually stressing me out. I didn't feel stressed but I was definitely stress eating. I got gutty again and I don't like how sluggish I feel. SO I will add more activity, I will stop with the chips! I really need to start drinking water again. Halloween is always my holiday. I was so excited last year to have actually let my hoochie momma come out and now shes a little embarrassed to come out...gotta get back on my grind!

    welcome back to spark like many of us we're in the same boat. i can understand why having a bike is better than a car it forces you to exercise. halloween watch out she's back on the grind!! lol =)
