Today's exercise is to make a go to list of things to do instead of eating.
My list is:
1. Blog or read blogs here on Spark
2. Answer emails
3. Go for a walk
4. Jump on my exercise ball for a few minutes
5. Drink a nice cold glass of water
6. Meditate for 10 minutes
7. Read or Write
8. Call a friend
9. Brush the dogs, clean their ears, brush their teeth
10. Answer emails
11. Watch some inspirational videos on YouTube
12. Watch a movie
13. Have a cup of tea
14. Declutter something
15. Vacuum the house
16. Dust
17. Pull a few weeds
18. Take a nap
19. Dance around the house for a few minutes
20. Update my Spark page and goals
