My Dietbet10 ends this week. I have been pretty bad about both my food and exercise so far this month. It is a good thing I was down below my goal or I might be in danger of not winning the final round. I have a 2 pound cushion as of this morning, but it used to be a larger gap. I don't know what my problem is...
That's not true. I do know what my problem is. Losing weight is hard. Taking the time to make a healthy delicious dinner is harder than eating bad-for-you-food. It is easier to sit on my butt than go work out. I am being lazy. That pretty much sums up my problem.
The first step is admitting you have a problem so I can check that off the list. Now to do something about it.
