My Dietbet10 ends this week. I have been pretty bad about both my food and exercise so far this month. It is a good thing I was down below my goal or I might be in danger of not winning the final round. I have a 2 pound cushion as of this morning, but it used to be a larger gap. I don't know what my problem is...

That's not true. I do know what my problem is. Losing weight is hard. Taking the time to make a healthy delicious dinner is harder than eating bad-for-you-food. It is easier to sit on my butt than go work out. I am being lazy. That pretty much sums up my problem.

The first step is admitting you have a problem so I can check that off the list. Now to do something about it.

    LOL! Great job admitting it...I need to get to that too...
    It is easier being quick about some things, like food choices, and just moving on. Especially when you're a parent, because you're always so busy.
    But we can do this girl...we just gotta keep trying, it's better than doing nothing at all!
