I encourage you to Track your Food and Fitness...

Push onward & forward and purpose in your heart to move your bodies at least 20 minutes today or more, strength train at least 3 times a week, cardio daily and don't forget those stretches, get enough calories in your diet, eat between 6 and 8 or more veggies and fruit daily and hydrate your body with drinking up to 8 glasses of water or more....
