Day of Leisure

Nothing planned for the day. I slept in. I exercised on the elliptical. Had a leisurely breakfast-- I made High Protein Pumpkin Pancakes (my recipe concoction). Worked on my checkbook. Took a nap. Worked on kilt. Cleaned bathroom. Took a walk with husband. Worked & studied Sunday School lesson. Sparked. Good Day. Relaxed!!

    Carrie sounds like a great day. Next week I will post some high fiber recipes. I have tried some new things this weekend.
