On My Way

Friday, October 17, 2014

I am on my way! It's Friday and I weigh in at my TOPS Chapter on Friday mornings. This is also Day Five of my 100 Day Challenge. Today I weighed in with a two pound loss and was very happy. This is just the beginning of the healthier me.

Next week, I will have the program at TOPS and it is going to be on Fatty Liver Disease. This is an important health issue and many obese people have "fatty liver". It can lead to scarring and psorosis which is eventually fatal.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend.
