This Tiger has his POUNCE back

The other day we had to do a visualization exercise ( Thanks Dawn). My vision is to get back to 135ish. So as I stand there. It hit me. I had lost my POUNCE.
The first BLC I did I need to loose a lot of weight. And that is exactly what I did. I made a comment to our team that as Tigers we see are prey (goal) we stalk it and thena last we pounce a capture our reward. ButI realize I had lost my pounce.
After the first BLC my focus was I only need to loose like 15 lbs to hit healthy weight. What I was focusing on was the high side though. the low side( my actual goal) isanother 20 pounds away from that. So instead of needing to loose 12 pounds to hit my goal as I was focusing I really need to hit 32 pound to reach my visualization. I was hunting for rabbit and coming up with mice and settling for that. I had quit pouncing because I lost my focus. No more RRROOOAAARRRR!!!!!!!
