Getting to like it? Really?!

I've been having some problems with my right hip hurting for the last several weeks. It hurts when I walk, it hurts when I go up and down stairs and it hurts when I sleep on my side (this is how I have always slept). I have an appointment scheduled with the doctor for Monday to get it checked out, but today I just let it get the best of me and didn't do any walking.

I really don't like exercising, but surprisingly I felt disappointed today when I realized it was hurting too bad to walk on the treadmill. What? I don't think I heard myself right. Missing the very thing I say I dread every day? I can't believe it.

Some things do change, I guess. I will try to keep this day in mind when I am back to walking and don't want to do it. Yes, I do think I'm getting to like it. Really!

    Be sure to not overdo it until you get your hip checked but good for you for missing that exercise!
