Already Wednesday!! Yikes ok well I better list my workouts now before I forget
Monday was HIIT class again!
Wednesday I am trying to decide between aqua zumba and insanity...will post it later tonight after I do one or the other. Chose Insanity class with DH it is just more convenient.
Friday Morning Zumba
Plus I did a leg workout in the weightroom since it was pretty empty!
Another mini goal I have set up for myself this week is to take my vitamins every day! I organized them in a Weekly pill box.
